The role
In this part-time role, you support Legal & Compliance leadership by ensuring structured documentation, reliable processes and effective internal coordination. You help maintain a solid administrative foundation and smooth office operations, while working closely with international colleagues in a politically sensitive corporate setting. With a strong tech-savvy mindset and an interest in AI, you also play an active role in digitalising and further modernising office processes and workflows.
Your responsibilities include:
- Secretarial and organisational support to the Legal & Compliance function;
- Coordinating documentation, files and meeting minutes;
- Supporting corporate housekeeping and basic filings;
- Monitoring administrative procedures and document flows;
- Managing notifications and core compliance documentation;
- Daily office management and coordination with suppliers;
- Supporting and coordinating with international teams;
- Organising and coordinating online training activities;
- Digitalisation, IT-enabled workflows and process optimisation.
