The Role
In this parttime role, you support Legal and Compliance leadership, ensure structured documentation and facilitate effective internal decision-making. You help maintain a solid administrative foundation and smooth office operations, while closely collaborating with international colleagues. Your responsibilities include:
- Secretarial and organisational support for Legal & Compliance leadership;
- Coordinating documentation, files and meeting minutes;
- Supporting corporate housekeeping and basic filings;
- Monitoring administrative procedures and document flows;
- Managing notifications and core compliance documentation;
- Daily office management and coordination with suppliers;
- Providing support to international teams;
- Coordinating online training and streamlining workflows;
- Contributing to digitalisation and process optimisation.
